Tinkercad - 1st blog post (on this website)
We have learned how to use TinkerCad. TinkerCad is a 3-D printer software to design objects for the printer to build out of the plastic it uses. In TinkerCad so far I have created a very cool key chain with my first and last name. Also I have created a "backstop" for the IPads to keep them up as well. In TinkerCad there are many different things that you have to do, so you can make your project and that is what makes it difficult. If you ever try TinkerCad I recommend watching a tutorial first so it isn't as difficult and it guides you through as it did for me!
Hummingbird - 2nd blog post
Today we used a new software just like arduino and it programs different items on the circuit board to do different interesting things. My partner Jessica and I created a singing lamb. You'll never guess what we programmed the lamb to sing, Marry Had A Little Lamb! It was a really fun experience messing around with different sounds, lights, and different kind of motion sensors and it made for a great project in our Creators Studio Class.
Third And final blog post
Finally we ended the year on a big project that we were supposed to complete. First I tried to make a watch but that didn't go well given I accidentally put in the circuits backwards and it didn't work. Then I started on something called the mouse bot. This project is all about soldering, but I ended up messing up on the mouse bot as well over soldering the board and then the solder would not stick on the board so the creation was "broken" so now that brings me to where I am now about to make a small robot tomorrow.
